Systems Leadership & Implementation

• Lead multi-partner professional learning and coaching systems reaching educators from infant through TK settings.

• Oversee contract execution, strategic planning, and cross-sector partnerships that advance program quality and workforce well-being.

• Facilitate citywide initiatives and learning events that bring educators, researchers, and community partners together.

Coaching & Professional Learning

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching for educators, instructional leaders, and site directors.

• Design and facilitate Communities of Practice and leadership cohorts focused on reflection, equity, and instructional excellence.

• Develop tools and resources for continuous improvement across early learning systems.

Organizational Development & Operations

• Build systems for compliance, staff development, evaluation, and quality improvement.
