ABOUT ME

I’m an early childhood leader who believes deeply in the power of educators, trust-building, and equity-centered systems. Over the past decade, I have supported countywide initiatives, coached and mentored leaders, and built collaborative programs with community partners in the Bay Area and beyond.

My journey

My early roles as a preschool teacher and site director grounded me in the day-to-day joys and challenges of high-quality early learning. I later led large-scale coaching, professional development systems, and collaborative initiatives under the SF Department of Early Childhood. In 2016, I took on my biggest leadership leap as founding director of Center of Gravity preschool in Pleasant Hill and was thrilled to partner with Tandem shortly thereafter — a collaboration that deepened my commitment to the Bay Area’s early learning ecosystem.

Most recently, I served as Training & Programs Director of I3 Institute, where I guided partnerships, curriculum systems, and leadership development across multiple communities.

I believe that meaningful change in early childhood happens through shared learning, reflection, and the courage to evolve together.
